Our first-ever, properly sweet wine. This comes from ripe and alarmingly fragrant Muscat grapes which ferment only partially (yeast are permitted to consume only a portion of the fruit's sugar); the wine is then made stable, or "fortified," with an addition of brandy distilled from our own grapes.
